Key Responsibilities:
Wine Curation:Â As the Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating an outstanding wine list that complements the restaurant's culinary offerings. Your expertise will guide guests in selecting the perfect wine to enhance their dining experience.
Wine Service:Â Deliver an impeccable wine service, including decanting, pouring, and ensuring wine is served at the correct temperature and in appropriate glassware.
Guest Engagement:Â Engage with patrons to provide recommendations, share your knowledge, and create memorable wine experiences.
Cellar Management:Â Oversee the wine cellar, including inventory management, ordering, and maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and well-preserved selection.
Staff Training:Â Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide wine training and education to enhance their understanding and sales of wine.
Qualifications:
Certified sommelier or equivalent professional wine qualification.
Proven experience in curating and managing wine programs.
