By scheduling and participating in the Consultation, you ("You" or "Potential Sponsor") agree to adhere to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility: The Consultation is exclusively available to individuals or representatives of companies who are potential sponsors seeking information and guidance on the process of sponsoring foreign candidates for visas and work permits. This Consultation is not intended for individuals seeking sponsorship opportunities or candidates in search of employment with sponsorship.
     

  2. Consultation Description: The Consultation provides a 30-minute video or telephone session with a qualified visa and immigration expert from Jobs and Visas Ltd. During this time, the Potential Sponsor can discuss their specific questions, concerns, and requirements related to visa sponsorship. The Consultation is intended to provide general guidance and information and does not constitute legal advice.
     

  3. Scheduling and Availability: The Consultation must be scheduled in advance through the Company's official scheduling system. Availability for the Consultation is subject to the Company's schedule and the availability of its visa experts. The Company reserves the right to decline or reschedule the Consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.
     

  4. Information and Documentation: In preparation for the Consultation, the Potential Sponsor may be required to provide certain basic information about their company and its intentions regarding visa sponsorship. This information will be used to tailor the Consultation to the Potential Sponsor's needs.
     

  5. Consultation Content: The information and guidance provided during the Consultation are based on the Company's knowledge and experience up to the provided knowledge cutoff date. Terms and Conditions for the CV check up and review

  1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By placing an order with Jobs and Visas Ltd, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Disagreement with any term is grounds for not using our website. Changes to these terms may occur, and the terms at the time of order placement will apply.
     

  2. Contractual Agreement: A contractual agreement with our service is established when Jobs and Visas Ltd accepts your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders, with notification within 24 hours if such refusal occurs.
     

  3. Price Changes: Prices on the Jobs and Visas Ltd website may change without prior notice. We are not liable for such changes. Prevailing prices are those at the time of purchase. Refunds for price decreases within seven days of ordering are offered.
     

  4. Intellectual Property: All content on our site is the property of Jobs and Visas Ltd. Unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited. We make efforts to ensure information accuracy but assume no liability for inaccuracies.
     

  5. Ordering Process: To complete your order, we require a copy of your CV with personal information. If information is not available, we will contact you or highlight omissions. Payment in advance is required via our online merchant service, Wix Payments.

  11. Cancellation and Returns Policy: Services are exempt from normal distance selling regulations as they are personalised. No refunds are offered.
     

  12. Ethical Recruitment and Refund Guarantee: Jobs and Visas Ltd is committed to ethical recruitment practices. If, after utilising our CV check-up and review services, we successfully place you in a job, we will issue a refund for the CV check-up and review service fee. This refund is contingent upon the successful placement being a direct result of our services and is subject to verification by Jobs and Visas Ltd. Refunds will be processed promptly upon confirmation of the successful job placement. This guarantee is valid for a period of twelve months from the date of the CV check-up and review service.

Candidate Referral Programme

Terms and Conditions for the Jobs and Visas Ltd Candidate Referral Programme.

  1. These terms and conditions govern the Jobs and Visas Ltd Candidate Referral Programme. By participating in this programme, you agree to comply with these terms.
     

  2. Eligibility. To be eligible for the referral fee, the referrer must not be a current or former employee of Jobs and Visas Ltd. Referrals from external parties will be the only referrals considered for the programme.
     

  3. Referral Fee. Jobs and Visas Ltd will pay a finder's fee of £250 to the referrer for each successful candidate referral that results in a placement. The referral fee will be paid in British Pounds (£).
     

  4. Payment Timing.  The referral fee will be paid 90 days after the referred candidate starts working in the placed position. This waiting period ensures that the candidate has completed the initial probationary period and has successfully integrated into the role.
     

  5. Referral Qualification Criteria. To qualify for the referral fee, the referred candidate must:
    a. Be a new candidate not previously known to Jobs and Visas Ltd.
    b. Successfully pass the recruitment process and be offered a position by Jobs and Visas Ltd.
    c. Commence employment with the client company within 90 days of the job offer.
     

  6. Refund Policy. If the referred candidate leaves the job within the first 90 days of employment, the referrer will not be eligible for the referral fee. In such cases, Jobs and Visas Ltd reserves the right to request a refund of the previously paid referral fee.
     

  7. Payment Method. The referral fee will be disbursed to the referrer through a bank transfer directly into the referrer's designated bank account. We regret to inform you that alternative payment methods, such as cash payments or cheque disbursements, cannot be accommodated.
     

  8. Tax Liability.  Referrers are responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of the referral fee. Jobs and Visas Ltd will not be held responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by the referrer.
     

  9. Modification of Terms.  Jobs and Visas Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Candidate Referral Programme or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
     

  10. Confidentiality. All information related to the recruitment process, including candidate details, must be treated as confidential. Any breach of confidentiality may result in disqualification from the referral programme and other appropriate actions.
     

  11. By participating in the Jobs and Visas Ltd Candidate Referral Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Jobs and Visas Ltd reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms at its discretion.
